Playback theater as an instrument for conflict management

چکیده
Zusammenfassung Playbacktheater ist eine Form des Improvisationstheaters, die sich aus Psychodrama, Stegreifspiel und mündlichen Erzähltraditionen entwickelt hat. Dieser Artikel der Zeitschrift für Psychodrama Soziometrie beschreibt den Einsatz im Rahmen sozialen Konfliktmanagements. Es wird gezeigt, wie Rahmen, Regeln Rituale Playbacktheaters es Konfliktparteien erleichtern können, in einem moderierten Prozess zu begegnen, dem Momente Deeskalation, positive soziale Resonanz verbindende Ideen entstehen können. Darüber hinaus Möglichkeit diskutiert, traumatische Erfahrungen solchen aufzuarbeiten zur Weiterentwicklung kollektiven Selbstverständnisses von Gruppen beizutragen. Anhand Beispielen Aufführungen Befreiung belastenden Geschichten Laufe Aufführung ein thematischer „Roter Faden“ entsteht.
